Our capabilities include specializing in precision plasma cutting and beveling, rolling and press braking with the latest in CNC technology. Our plate inventory ranges from A36; A36MOD; SA516GR70 As Rolled and Normalized; A572GR50; API 2H A633C; A514- T1.Thickness from 10 gauge to 12" .Precision CNC multi-torch plasma cutting and robotic beveling oxy-fuel CNC cutting. CAD CAM and Sigma Nest design systems. Direct fiber optic download to cutting machines. CNC controlled plate rolling for cylinders and cones, 750 ton brake press. API and ASME code welding & precision hand welding. CNC drilling. A fully integrated, modern 150,000 ft five 100 ton OH-crane facility.
Carbon and stainless bulk field erect tanks to 300 ft diameter to customer specification. ASME welding and fabrication of flanges, stairways, sumps, man ways, nozzles, platforms & ladders.

plate for tank tops and bottoms.

A36/D-51670AR/D-51670N/A-572-50/A-514/API 2H/EH-36, with in house
flame/plasma cutting capabilities with 400 amp plasma robotic beveling heads
and two plate rolls.

Quality Control Procedures
Prior to shipment, all processed components undergo thorough Quality Control Inspection to ensure conformance to ASME codes and/or other international codes and standards or specific customer requirements.
Parts are stamped or marked showing type, size, material type, order numbers, heat numbers, and thicknesses.
All welded components are welded using certified and approved welding procedures and the welders/operators are qualified to ASME code Sec. IX. 100 % X ray and partial data forms will be supplied for all cylinders or cones that we weld for pressure vessels, tanks, compressors etc.
