Plate Profile
We stock SA 516-70 as rolled and normalized in thickness from 10 GA to 12" (254.00 mm), A36 , SA 572-50, API -2H Gr50, A514-T1 plate are also available. Other grades are available on request.

Plate Rolling
Our roll machines roll plate into shells especially for tanks, rolled rings eccentric cones, concentric cones and repads up to 4" thick.

Plate Forming
Our Press Brake capacity ranges from 750 tons to 2000 tons with lengths from 10 feet through 40 feet, providing unparalleled forming capability.

We drill precision holes from light to heavy plate and provide the screw threads if requested

ASME Code Welding
With our recent ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) certification Texas Steel operates under the provisions of Section VIII, and is certified to produce pressure vessels in which liquids, gases and steam are the pressure components.
