We have a tremendous oxy-fuel and plasma burning capacity, complemented with the latest in full CNC Hypertherm equipment and tightly controlled quality systems. This has enticed industry leaders in the tanks, heat exchanger, marine, off shore drilling industries to place high-volume blanket orders with us. Each table is computerized and networked to allow maximum plate usage and burning efficiency by utilizing AUTO CAD AND SIGMA NEST auto-nesting programs. With the ability to convert Cad files and a steel inventory of several million pounds with mill certification, we offer fast delivery for your production burn needs.
We operate a total of four multitorch plasma and oxyfuel cutting machines with straight plasma heads, high definition pneumatic punch marker, and programmable rotating plasma bevel heads.
Texas Steel is capable of providing straight line burning, track burning and beveling, and custom burning and beveling. Our software can handle paper drawings, templates, and computer generated drawings in a variety of drawing formats.
